Work experience

  • Politecnico di Torino:
    • I was IT assistant at the advanced computer lab during the first semester of the academic year 2018/19
    • I was teaching assistant for the Computer sciences and Computer networks courses, during the first semester of the academic year 2019/20
  • LINKS Foundation: I conducted a four-months internship in 2019 in the Multi-Layer Wireless Solutions group. I developed a Human-Machine Interface for road events visualization, implemented as a Progressive Web App.
  • Neovision: I conducted a six-months internship in 2021 in the R&D group. I researched deep learning solutions for domain adaptation in an object detection scenario and deployed algorithms for people counting in video streams.
  • CAMNET: I have been working as software engineer, focusing on the study and development of software solution for anti-intrusion and domotics systems targeting high-risk contexts.

My courses

  • Vodafone IoT Academy: lectures and projects on IoT and 5G connectivity. Partnership between Vodafone Italy and Politecnico di Torino.

My hikings

  • Appennino ligure: several daily hikings near my hometown, throughout my life
  • Via degli dei: 120 km in five days, on the mountains between Bologna and Florence. Covered with a tent in summer 2019.
  • Cinque terre: four days in beautiful villages on the Ligurian sea, between Levanto and Portovenere. Covered in summer 2020.
  • Alpes grenobloises: several daily hikings all over 2021 and 2022 on the mountains surrounding Grenoble (Chartreuse, Belledonne and Vercors)
  • Camino de Santiago de Compostela (camino francés): over 900 km from Saint-Jean-Pied-de-Port, France, to Santiago de Compostela and the Atlantic Ocean (Galicia, Spain). Covered in 34 days between April and May 2022.
